Welcome to the Property Booking Platform (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

प्रॉपर्टी बुकिंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म (“हम,” “हमारा,” या “हम”) में आपका स्वागत है। हमारी वेबसाइट, मोबाइल ऐप या सेवाओं (सामूहिक रूप से “प्लेटफ़ॉर्म”) का उपयोग करके, आप इन नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करने और उनसे बंधे रहने के लिए सहमति देते हैं। कृपया प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग करने से पहले इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Eligibility / पात्रता

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Platform. By registering, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete.

आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए ताकि आप खाता बना सकें और इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग कर सकें। पंजीकरण के समय आप यह सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि दी गई जानकारी सही और पूरी है।

2. User Accounts / उपयोगकर्ता खाते

• You must register using a valid name, email, and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.

• आपको एक वैध नाम, ईमेल और पासवर्ड के साथ पंजीकरण करना होगा।
• आप अपने लॉगिन विवरणों की गोपनीयता बनाए रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं।

3. Property Listings / प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग

• Only registered owners can add and manage property listings.
• Each listing must include an image, address, latitude and longitude, and price per booking slot.
• False or misleading information may result in account suspension or removal.

• केवल पंजीकृत मालिक ही प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग जोड़ और प्रबंधित कर सकते हैं।
• प्रत्येक लिस्टिंग में एक छवि, पता, अक्षांश और देशांतर, और प्रति बुकिंग स्लॉट की कीमत शामिल होनी चाहिए।
• गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी देने पर खाता निलंबित या हटाया जा सकता है।

4. Bookings / बुकिंग

• Users can book available properties based on 30-minute time slots.
• Booking confirmation depends on property availability at the time of request.
• Owners can view bookings made for their properties.
• No online payment feature is included in this version; all payments (if any) must be handled offline.

• उपयोगकर्ता 30-मिनट के स्लॉट के आधार पर उपलब्ध प्रॉपर्टी बुक कर सकते हैं।
• बुकिंग की पुष्टि उस समय प्रॉपर्टी की उपलब्धता पर निर्भर करेगी।
• मालिक अपनी प्रॉपर्टियों पर की गई बुकिंग देख सकते हैं।
• इस संस्करण में कोई ऑनलाइन भुगतान सुविधा शामिल नहीं है; सभी भुगतान (यदि कोई हो) ऑफलाइन संभाले जाने चाहिए।

5. Prohibited Activities / प्रतिबंधित गतिविधियाँ

Users must not:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property information.
• Interfere with the Platform’s security or performance.
• Use bots or automated systems to access the Platform.
• Copy or resell content or data from the Platform.

उपयोगकर्ताओं को निम्नलिखित नहीं करना चाहिए:

• भ्रामक, झूठी, या अवैध प्रॉपर्टी जानकारी पोस्ट करना।
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सुरक्षा या प्रदर्शन में हस्तक्षेप करना।
• बॉट्स या स्वचालित प्रणालियों का उपयोग करके प्लेटफ़ॉर्म तक पहुंच बनाना।
• प्लेटफ़ॉर्म से सामग्री या डेटा की नकल या पुनर्विक्रय करना।

6. Intellectual Property / बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार

All content, code, and design elements of this Platform are owned by the developers and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or modify them without prior permission.

इस प्लेटफ़ॉर्म की सभी सामग्री, कोड और डिज़ाइन तत्व डेवलपर्स के स्वामित्व में हैं और कॉपीराइट कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित हैं। बिना पूर्व अनुमति के इन्हें पुन: प्रस्तुत या संशोधित नहीं किया जा सकता।

7. Disclaimer of Warranties / वारंटी का अस्वीकरण

This Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of any property listings or bookings.

यह प्लेटफ़ॉर्म “जैसा है” और “जैसा उपलब्ध है” के आधार पर प्रदान किया गया है। हम प्रॉपर्टी लिस्टिंग या बुकिंग की उपलब्धता, सटीकता या विश्वसनीयता की कोई गारंटी नहीं देते।

8. Limitation of Liability / देयता की सीमा

• We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from user-submitted information or misuse of the Platform.
• We are not liable for cancellations, disputes, or misunderstandings between users and property owners.

• हम उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा दी गई जानकारी या प्लेटफ़ॉर्म के दुरुपयोग से उत्पन्न किसी भी नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
• हम उपयोगकर्ता और प्रॉपर्टी मालिकों के बीच होने वाले रद्दीकरण, विवाद या गलतफहमियों के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।

9. Account Termination / खाता समाप्ति

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

हम उन खातों को निलंबित या हटा सकते हैं जो इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करते हैं या धोखाधड़ी या दुरुपयोग में संलग्न हैं।

10. Modifications / संशोधन

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

हम किसी भी समय इन नियमों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। अपडेट के बाद प्लेटफ़ॉर्म का उपयोग जारी रखना आपके द्वारा संशोधित नियमों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
